Residential Services for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Visions Family Services Residential Support Living Program offers quality care fortified in a family structured environment.

Our objectives are to provide training, treatment, and support to strengthen community-based living. VFS, Inc. provides skills training in the environments where the individual will live and work. We facilitate community relationships through various methods of advocacy and one-to-one consultation. Our staff monitors health and physical condition, and provides assistance as needed, with transportation, personal care, and activities of daily living. Visions Family Services empowers adults with intellectual disabilities or ID/MH to realize personal freedoms, individual rights, and responsibilities by supporting the individuality of each person through the development of individualized service plans that incorporate choices and interests.

• • Offer private rooms for residents where this is a critical need
• • Administer one on one goal training and skill building in a family setting

• • Will arrange trips and provide transportation for residents to visit loved ones
